Your library on a new phone
Sign in the same way you did before, with Apple or with your email. Your scores, notes, reviews, lists and favourites come back by themselves.
Bringing your ratings
Ryfa can bring your ratings from Letterboxd, IMDb, Trakt, Last.fm and Steam. Each row is looked up in the catalogue, and imported scores stay marked as estimates until you type over them.
The Letterboxd app cannot export. Open letterboxd.com in Safari, sign in, then go to Settings, Data, Export your data. It downloads a ZIP to Files; choose that ZIP in Ryfa's import.
Ryfa Plus
To get a purchase back on a new phone: Settings, Restore purchases. To change or stop a subscription: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refunds.
A code you were given: Settings, Redeem a code.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings, Delete account. It deletes your account and your library from our servers. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy (Settings, Export everything).
Reporting content
Long-press a name or a line and choose Report. Every report is read by a person.
